Supported Platforms

Browsers

DNDShield runs on Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, and Opera on desktop, and on Firefox for Android on mobile (most mobile browsers, including Chrome for Android, don't support extensions at all — see Install on Android).

Streaming / video platforms

Ads on regular web pages are blocked at the network level everywhere. Video platforms serve ads inside their own players, so DNDShield handles each one individually:

• YouTube — free on the free plan (mute + speed-through); auto-skip on paid plans.
• Twitch, Dailymotion, Crunchyroll — mute + speed-through, part of DNDShield's paid streaming support.
