Getting Started
DNDShield blocks ads, trackers, and popups as soon as you turn it on — most people are done in under a minute.
1. Install
Get the extension for your browser: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Opera.
2. Turn it on
Protection starts off by default. Open the DNDShield icon in your toolbar and tap the power button — the icon turns green when it's active.
3. Browse normally
Ads, trackers, and popups are blocked automatically on every site. A badge on the icon shows how much was blocked on the current page.
Optional next steps
- If a site looks broken, use Temporary Allow or add it to your allowlist.
- Create an account to sync settings across devices and unlock paid plan features.
- See What We Block for exactly what DNDShield does and doesn't touch.
